  10.   file.PCX=input file
  11.   file.IMG=output file
  12.   palette in is the ACK3D palette file (called PAL in ACKKIT)

  14. The PCX file should be 64 by 64.  If not it will be cropped.
  15. No scaling done here!  :-)
